Volume Orders and Discounts
Vantage Point Products has successfully supplied our retail systems (and custom solutions) in larger volumes to companies that wish to outfit their entire fleet of operators. These customers have been based in the UK and around the world, and have placed repeat orders in increasing volumes (i.e. 1, 3, 6, then multiples of 10) as our products have become an essential part of their day to day operations.
Overall, volume pricing discounts depend on whether the mast or pole design is already retailed by us (may be in stock in a sufficient volume), is not in stock (so may require a manufacturing run of 4-6 working weeks), is based on an existing design, or instead has to be manufactured to a custom design (6-8 working weeks).
Small discounts may also be applied to non-volume orders – though our customers do value our pre-purchase expertise, consultation and customer support which already saves them time and money.
For off the shelf (retail) orders, small discounts usually start from three (3 ) units purchased in one order.
Discounts may also be offered for repeat orders in single volume, but these may take the form of accessories provided at a reduced charge, or totally without charge (i.e. tripod leg weight bags, mounts, or other useful accessories), or a small but reasonable discount off the entire system to show our gratitude for your repeat custom.
Vantage Point Products do not offer discounts to incentivise customers to write or upload positive “5 star” product testimonials, either via our own website, marketing material or through so called independent product review companies.
Our customers can also be confident that Vantage Point Products do not mass import generic low cost carbon fibre masts or poles from China or other countries where we cannot guarantee a high degree of quality control during manufacture.
Every mast or pole, every mount, every accessory and every camera (or other imaging hardware sourced) is tested by us personally before dispatch.
